These Terms apply to your use of the Oasisalpinehome website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This site and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and above. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. Photo ID may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a booking. The full balance is charged at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night’s charge; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, disregards gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and above. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and spending limits may be arranged with our gaming host at any time.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Oasisalpinehome or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property law.

This site may link to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by International law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
